If you make an on-line purchase we do collect information (such as sales statistics and traffic patterns) to help improve your shopping experience. We keep all information confidential. - Shipping & Delivery
- Once you submit your order it is processed immediately. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the same business day. After 1:00 p.m. (CST), your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders received by 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Friday will ship out that day. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will ship out the next business day. Standard Overnight and 2Day Air orders placed after Noon will ship on the next business day and will arrive one day later.
- Return Policy
- If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipment. Email us at orders@myleelai.com. You will receive a return authorization number (RA) by a Customer Service Specialist. Please write the RA number on the packing slip. Return the product, in Lee-lai packaging if possible, along with the original packing slip, RA # and statement of your preference for credit or exchange to: Lee-lai Body Care Returns RA# ___________ 54 Havemeyer Street FL 3 Brooklyn, NY 11211 Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post). Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Lee-lai cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.

- Shipments times: Submitted orders are processed immediately. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the same business day. After 1:00 p.m. (EST), your order will be shipped the next business day. Standard Overnight and 2Day Air orders placed after Noon will ship on the next business day and will arrive one day later. Shipment options: U.S. Postal Service® UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and U.S. Postal Service. Options available depend upon the delivery address. We have selected UPS as our delivery service for the Continental US. A street address is required for delivery. Expedited shipping is via UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air within the Continental US. If your rush order is received by Noon, Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday you will receive the order the next business day. The cost of rush shipping is $7.50 for 2Day or $15.00 for Standard Overnight, plus the standard shipping charge. Sorry, no rush shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories We ship via Priority Mail to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please call Customer Service at 1-917-673-3900 to inquire about rates and restrictions. APOs and Military Addresses: All orders shipping to an APO address can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Canada: We have selected UPS Standard as our premier delivery service for Canada. A street address is required for delivery. Sorry, no rush shipments to Canada. International: For overseas orders, please contact orders@myleelai.com for more detail.
